WhatsApp Etiquette:

• It was amicably accepted to use the Block option by admin for a day, whenever official messages are shared. This would help others to read the important announcements before forward messages clutters the channel.

• Members are requested to post WhatsApp messages relevant to Messengers of Peace or their own creations.

• All the members are kindly requested not to post forward messages as this might dilute the important posts that are relevant to Messengers of Peace.

Self Introduction

• We thank each and everyone for your kind and inspiring introduction.

• It was pleasure to have Mr. Singarayar, who is know for his revolutionary poems and presents his writings everyday in our "Messsengers of Peace" Whatsapp group actively. All the participants were taken up by his motivating and inspiring lifestyle; and participants unanimously requested him to compile his writings as a book.

• Mr. Santiago and Mr. Eugene will take up book publishing initiative forward with Mr. Singarayar. Mr. Maria Viswasam will leverage his contacts to take up this initiative to logical stage.

Volunteer Contribution:

• The purpose of the collection is to satisfy the meeting expenses (Food, Stay and Guest speakers per diem).

• However, no compulsion and limitation; volunteers can contribute as per their capacity.

• The excess money will be kept in reserve as Corpus Fund

• We will decide the viability in the course of time whether we could contribute to minor formation centers.

Group Merger

• Peter has stated that the similar WhatsApp group that was formed in 2017 is still active; and it was discussed to convey the message to the 2017 group and merge them with Messengers of Peace carry forward the Franciscan values and mission.

• Peter and Ivan will coordinate and initiate the merger appropriately .

Request to Province to keep us updated

• Inform respective provincial secretaries to keep Messengers of Peace informed about Friars’ health status, especially sickness and demise

Virtual Conference through Zoom/Teams/Google Meet

• Initiate virtual meetings when in need for important decision makings.
